It’s hard to know what to expect when booking your wedding videographer, let alone what’s to come on the day itself and the delivery of your wedding film afterwards, but hopefully the following overview sheds a little more light on the process:

Saving the date and finalising the details
If KC Creative is privileged enough to be granted the task of filming your wedding, you won’t need to do anything else until much closer to the big day itself. Sit back, and take a breath – your wedding videographer is all booked in!
When the time comes, we’ll book in a final consultation to suit you, where we’ll finalise all the specific details such as timings, locations and any special touches you’d like captured on the day.
Filming, creating, and delivering your wedding film
When the big day finally arrives, KC Creative will typically be on-location for 10 hours, wrapping up shortly after the First Dance, filming everything that is outlined in your videography bundle.
Once the big day is over and all its magical moments captured, work on the edit will start, with the final film(s) to be delivered to you via USB.

Highlights Bundle
Coverage of your wedding day highlights, brought together in a beautiful 4-5 minute film and delivered to you via download link and USB to treasure forever.

Additional consultation nearer to the big day to finalise the schedule, locations, and any specific details you would like featured
8-10 hour shoot, starting during Bridal Prep and finishing shortly after your First Dance
4-5 minute Highlights video, plus music license for the soundtrack
Custom USB (with Royal Mail Tracked delivery)

Cinematic Bundle
Your wedding day retold in a 15-20 minute cinematic film set to a selection of songs of your choice, plus a stunning highlight reel delivered via download link and USB so that you can share the day with friends and family once more.

Whilst our wedding videography bundles have most of the bases covered, sometimes couples are after something that’s a little bit more bespoke; a little more them, which is why these extras can be added to all of our bundles:
Additional coverage – £75.00 per hour
Announcement reel (a short social media clip to announce yourselves as newlyweds, delivered within 48 hours of your wedding day) – £150.00
Guest messages – £350.00
Additional videographer (recommended if you’d like Groom Prep, or simultaneous filming in multiple locations and haven’t already purchased the Extended Cinematic Bundle) – £350.00
Additional USBs – £60.00
